The flash dryer is perfect for drying inorganic and organic products.
After drying, it will deliver the processed material at its original particle size, leaving subsequent milling unnecessary.

The flash dryers were designed for the drying of minerals, ceramics, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, phytosanitary, foods as well as plastic and waxes. This makes the dryers suitable for a wide range of industries.

The residence time is a fraction of a second which makes the dryer suitable for thermosensitive products.

Spray dryers

We also offer spray dryers, which is mainly used for drying organics in the form of a solution and/or a suspension. By spraying the feed into a hot drying medium, it will transform from a fluid state into a dried particle form. Because it is a continuous drying operation, the level of final moisture is under control.

It can be used for a wide range of applications from whey, proteins, food additives, detergents, polymers and many more.

The dryers are built according to the requirements for temperature, wearing, chemical resistance etc.
