Sanitary, Aseptic or Hygienic non self-priming pumps

These pumps are specialized for the pharmaceutical as well as food industry and are available in a wide range of versions. They are suitable for production of beer, beverages, dairy products, alcohol solution, pharmaceutics, biotech and cosmetics etc.

Adjusted self-cleaning and self-rinsing single or double mechanical seal with uniform shaft diameter for aseptic applications and with material combinations depending on the product.

Specifications range from:

Flow rate: max. 6.000 – 120.000 l/h @50Hz
Discharge head: max. 10 – 77 mWC @50Hz
Motor power: max. 0,55 – 22 kW
Working temperature: max. 130°C
Operating pressure: max. 6 - 16 bar

Hygienic Self-Priming Centrifugal Pumps

These pumps are specialized for the pharmaceutical, food, brewery and beverage industry.

They are available in 5 different construction arrangements:

Stainless steel motor cowling, height-adjustable stainless-steel machine feet
Height-adjustable stainless-steel machine feet
Motor foot
Stainless steel foot
Stainless steel foot, stainless steel motor cowling

Specifications:

Single or double flushed sliding ring seal
Flow rate: max. 40,000 l/h (50Hz)
Flow pressure: max. 3.0 bar (50Hz)
Drive performance: max. 11.0 kW
Temperature of medium: max. 90 °C
Operating pressure: 10 bar over-pressure

Hygienic Multi-Stage Centrifugal Pumps

These pumps are suitable for production of beer, beverages, dairy products, alcohol solution, pharmaceutics, biotech and cosmetics etc.
They come in two designs.

The pumps are available with 5 different feet-versions/in 5 different construction arrangements:

Stainless steel motor cowling, height-adjustable stainless-steel machine feet
Height-adjustable stainless-steel machine feet
Motor foot
Stainless steel foot
Stainless steel foot, stainless steel motor cowling/toggle

The specifications range from:

Flow rate: max. of 15,000 l/h or 45,000 @50Hz
Flow pressure: max. 10,5 or 11 bar @50Hz
Motor performance: max. 7.5 or 30.0 kW
Temperature: max. 130 °C
Operating pressure: max. 16 bar over-pressure

From Tecnium we supply a wide range of centrifugal pumps for corrosive and abrasive fluid within the chemical industry. The pumps can be supplied in different thermoplastic materials depending on the actual fluid.

Vertical Sump Pumps

Wide range of plastic sump pumps cantilevered shaft with dry running possibility, specially indicated for liquids with particles.
Flows up to 500 m3/h and heads up to 100 mlc

Process Pumps

Standardized pumps as per EN 22858 / ISO-5199.
Heavy duty process pumps for a continuous operation.
Wide range of plastic materials and mechanical seals, selected chemically and mechanically to resist the handled fluid.
Flows up to 1.500 m3/h and heads up to 120 mlc.

Direct Coupled Pumps

Direct coupled pumps.
Hydraulic performance and dimensions as per EN 22858. Economic solution although reliable due to heavy duty construction, equal to standardized process pumps.
Flows up to 250 m3/h and heads up to 100 mlc.
